Paired multiple Wyze Wi-Fi Chimes with a single Duo Doorbell but getting odd behavior

I have three Wyze Wi-Fi Chimes paired to one Duo Doorbell. One chime works perfectly: it plays my selected tones for both button press and motion. The other two chimes ignore their configured tones and only play the default doorbell sound for both events.

What I tried:

  • Factory-reset, delete device from app, and re-added both affected chimes

  • Matched settings across all three chimes for button and motion tones

  • Tested via the app and physical button — same behavior

Questions:

  • Should all paired chimes honor per-event tones, or do secondary chimes fall back to default?

  • Is this a known bug/limitation?

  • Any fix or firmware update I should apply?
