Paid for complete motion- not getting it

I did the 14 day free trial of complete motion. When it was up, I paid the $1.49 for it (put in my credit card information). It says under my account, Wyze services, that this is enabled now yet I’m not getting it. Still getting the 12 seconds with cool down. Any suggestions? (i have the wyze cam pan)

Do you have the camera ‘assigned’ to it under services. If so you may try restarting the camera in the app.

Yes, the camera is assigned to it. I will try to restart the camera and see if that works. thank you!
