Package not recieved. How to start ticket

Where is the page to create a ticket? I have ordered and reordered cameras. I have not received them or a message from WYZE. Are they impossible to contact regarding orders?

As far as I know, the single ticket creation page was eliminated a couple of years ago. The way I create e-mail tickets now is by visiting the Help Center and starting a chat with the bot. I tell it create ticket and then when presented with a form I enter the requested details. The first or second e-mail response is likely to be from the Wyze-E bot, but if you reply to that e-mail message then you should be dealing with human agents afterward.

Depending on where you are, you might also be able to call Support during their available hours or potentially chat with a live agent, but I generally do the e-mail thing so I don’t have to wait around and can reply at my convenience.
