outdoor camera is on lowest sound setting and still capturing sound events - every few seconds. HELP!!!

Your heading states cam-outdoor V2 is that correct? I have the WCO Version one and I do not see a setting to record sound events. My V3 cams that are outdoors have a setting for “Sound Events” which I have turned off. Also if it is turned on you can chose the sound events you want to be notified of.

You are correct it v3 and I V have mine set like you do. Still getting recordings constantly.

If you don’t want sound event recording just turn it off on the Events recording page.
