Replaced solar charging panel with another. Camera works for now (3% left) but still will not charge. All updates done. Camera toast?
Turn the camera off, and allow it time to recharge (variable, depending on clouds). Do not live view it, battery cams are not meant for that for more than a short time.
Report back after some sunshiny days.
