I’m loving the wireless wyze cam and I keep finding uses and places for it.
I did also notice the magnet attached at the base is really strong.
What would need to happen to make a slightly altered base with a magnet on both ends without the square portion? I’ve noticed in most houses built in the last few decades, that the outside corners where walls meet, there’s what’s called a “Drywall corner bead” which is made of metal. In turn, this allows for a secure mount for anything with a strong magnet (like the one that holds the cam to the base). This would greatly open up the possibilities of locations to mount the cam around a house. https://photos.app.goo.gl/MoAw9bmqQr71GzC79
Thoughts? How difficult would it be to manufacture and sell this modified type of base?
