Just got this camera yesterday. needed a charge when I woke up however, my Wyze app tells me I’m not online and to charge the camera. this is after I charged this morning. Does anyone know how to get the app to quit telling me to charge the camera?
Welcome to the forums! How do you use the camera? Do you use it for motion alerts only or do you live stream from it? When it’s telling you to charge it, what does the battery indicator say is charge level is?
I use it for both. I do have it on alert but it won’t alert me like my insoor does. Battery says 0
If you live stream from the battery camera, it will only last for a number of hours, compaired to weeks to months if you only let it detect motion. Also, when you live stream, the motion detection is disabled.
