We live in Idaho and our mom lives in California. She is partially blind and has a hard time following my instructions on how to connect her cameras to her phone. They all worked last week but for some reason they don’t work anymore. Are there any simple directions that anyone has for me to help her long distance?

Are the batteries charged up?
If the batteries are charged and cams are not connecting it could be the base station. Since she is partially blind can she look at the base and see if the little LED light on top is solid blue and not flashing. Is her base connected to the router via ethernet?
If the light on the base is flashing have her pull the plug , wait a few minutes to start back up and get a solid blue light on the top.
