Old Wyze device was broken and just purchase a new wyze cam, how can I transfer the service from old device to the new one?

I tried to use Wyze app to transfer the service to the new cam, (shows I have 1 available license for cam plus ) but the new camera is in 14 days trail, should I wait till it expires?

@mright Welcome to the Wyze community! It’s totally up to you. It’s not necessary to wait for the trial to expire. If you purchased a license it starts on the day of purchase.

If you want to, you can deselect the camera from the trial, and then reactivate it with your purchased license.

Open Wyze app > Account tab > Services > Cam Plus

You can move the Cam Plus anytime to another camera as needed.
