Please help! I wanted to try doing a time lapse video on my outdoor cam pan which has a sd card installed for 24/7 recording and it also has a paid subscription and it stopped recording all together for some reason as soon as I recorded the time lapse video. I can view live video but it doesn’t seem to record for the cloud service or sd card anymore. What do I do?

What additional detail can you provide about your issue and what you’re actually experiencing? You tagged your topic with notifications and mentioned that in the title, but reading the initial post I don’t see anything specific to notifications, because the body seems to refer to two other problems, so I wonder if you’re actually experiencing three separate issues:
- You’re not getting notifications.
- The camera is not recording to the microSD card.
- The camera isn’t recording cloud events despite being attached to a subscription.
I’m not sure if the time lapse had anything to do with this. The timing may just be coincidental.
What kinds of troubleshooting have you already attempted, and what did Support say when you contacted them?
