Notifications Bugged out

Notifications don’t work for me on any of my Wyze products other than the Wyze lock. I shared access with my fiancee and she gets all the notifications, yet as a shared used can’t access any of the stored footage. Meanwhile I’m unable to receive the notifications (and yes they are turned on, I’ve checked that all multiple times.)

View Playback appears to be unavailable on my wife’s shared phone, which I take to be a drawback of being a shared user. It appears to me shared users can receive notifications okay but can’t view continuous recording made to the SD card. I suspect this is intentional.

Under Account / Notifications I think that setting overrides whatever notifications maybe set in individual devices. At least that what was the source of one of my notification problems.
