Enhanced Push notifications (with thumbnail and/or video)

It would be great if the mobile app would show a quick thunmbnail or video along with the push notification that is sent. I know Nest cameras have this so it’s possible. Would be great to have.

3D Touch (or long press) Notifications to See Quick Gif Clip

When I get a notification on my Nest cam, I can 3D Touch (on iOS) to view a short, low frame rate, 2-3 second video clip of the notification event. It’s a great feature because you can tell if the notification is worth viewing in seconds, without needing to open the app. Mod Note: Title Edited for Search Clarity

Notification leading to Live View instead of "Event"

OK, maybe this is a crazy idea/suggestion, but today when phone pings and we have a Notification it is due to an “event”. Clicking the “Notification” will lead to the RECORDED event (past history - even if maybe only 30 seconds old). Would it be totally crazy to have the notification - at least as an option - open up LIVE view? Reasoning of course being that if I get a notification that something is going on, I want to see what IS going on NOW, not what potentially triggered the notification o…
