Nothing working in the app again, what's going on?

Ok folks, did we get another update in beta no one knows about? I have no events captured and can’t open cams on the home page. What’s going on?

We can’t tell you what you’re running, but a new beta app was announced 2 days ago and approved by Google this morning. It is working fine for me today under Android. Production app version also working fine.

Not for me, Android and didn’t work. My cams won’t come up like the last time wyze did something. They figured it out quickly, cause things started working later that day.

I remember your last issue.

So what app version are you running today? Have you tried restarting your phone/tablet?

I feel dumb now, I force the app closed and it’s working!:rofl:

Sometimes I like to fart around and check new features before they push them to the public. I find it entertaining :slight_smile:

I can live through your exploits and go to bed without a worry.

Not as young as you think.

I only use one device for beta, if it doesn’t work I revert back.

I was having the same problem and not being able to search for videos. I had to page to the right on the top and turn on the cameras. It looks like an update shut them off.

I do this regularly - every time there is an issue I force stop and things seem to work again.
