Not receiving the notification since 2 weeks wyze cam pan

Since 2 week i am not receiving the notification on my phone or ipad. I edited all the settings but still not receiving

Which type of notification, Motion or AI events?

Did this just suddenly start or has it always done this? Did you check your notification settings? Are you seeing events?

Have you tried pulling the power cord briefly? I am currently testing a v3 on CPL that was intermittently not uploading video or sending notifications (way outside the 5 minute cool down period). Pulling the power cord seems to have fixed it for now. V3 is on firmware 4.36.9.139.
