I have had my Wyze camera for a couple days now. On the first day me and my wife were getting motion notifications on each of our phones and now only one of us gets push notifications. We can still go to notifications and see videos on both phones. Does the app only support one phone or is there something that we can try to do? We love the camera and can’t wait till we get more set up around the house. Thanks for any and all help.
Beta version V1.2.32 includes the following. You can visit the Beta section of this forum and join the beta, or just wait until the beta is release to production.
Multiple phones/tablets using a same Wyze account will all receive alert notifications. (In V1.1 only 1 device is notified)
