I totally agree… the last upgrade, playback totally stopped working. Had been fine for a couple of years. I have 4 cameras, A little to weird for them all to stop providing playback at the same time as the upgrade.

Same issue. Installed the Wyze branded card this morning and so far haven’t had any continuous recording actually record, and can’t see any video at all under view playback. Thankfully I ordered the card through Amazon so I can just send it back.
Has anyone switched to another system and had good luck? I may check out the Amazon blink cameras and see what all they offer and how reliable they are. My family has used Wyze for 3-4 years now and thankfully we haven’t actually NEEDED them for anything yet or we’d be pretty screwed. Cameras capture motion randomly, never at the beginning of the actually event and then after they record like 12 seconds worth they just don’t record anymore.
If it was a capability thing I would understand, but to charge for what a camera is supposed to do already? And to charge when the basic functions aren’t even reliably operable yet?? Would like to think better of the company but these are honestly junk. They’re like a deterrent but not actually useful for anything else.
Honestly even if they “fix” all the issues they have, I don’t think I’ll buy anything with their name on it again, it’s just not worth the headache and certainly not worth the safety of my property or family. Their prices continue to go up and they roll out new products but maintain the same mediocre functionality, I don’t know how long they’ll stay in business tbh.
Well heck I thought my SD card was going bad. Turns out a lot of you have been having the same issue I have just recently I changed SD cards between 2 cameras and the fail playback camera still has an issue 2 at this point if wise doesn’t fix something soon I’m gonna replace all my wise stuff

Right?! Like all the sudden playback sucks and I find myself having to upgrade to CamPlus
