No livestream access to Wyze Cam V4

Cannot view the livestream or access any cam settings. Even after powering down and resetting my router!!

Please provide more detail.

Do you have any cams that do work on your network?

In addition to what @ssummerlin has indicated, more information / Details, I would try the following since you have an Android Device:

  • Go to the Accounts tab and Tap on App settings. Once there, clear the Cache
  • In the Accounts menu, select Log Out. Make sure you have your Passwrod and 2FA information.
  • Long press on the App Icon and select App Info. Select Storage and Clear Cache from there as well.
  • Restart your Phone or Tablet.

Once it has restarted, start the app again and see if you can stream the device.
