I just logged onto my account and all five of my cameras are gone, has this happened to anyone? It says there are no devices listed on my account

After 20minutes and logging in a few different times, all of my cameras reappeared…hmmm

Just experienced that issue. It’s been more than 20 minutes and still no devices. App won’t let me log out and I get an error 3840. Very weird [IMG_1402]

Lost all my devices too - keeps saying problem connecting to server plus error code 3840

iOS app on multiple devices. Same error. Same lack of device list. Same inability to logout. 16 Feb 24 @0652AM

Exactly same issue with iPhone XR. Multiple log ins, All devices no longer visible. Can still see them on iPad for now. Error code 3840

I can’t see any of my cameras. This is crazy.
