I purchased two V3/Cam Plus bundles on black friday. I have received the cameras, but no activation codes for Cam Plus. I was told to click account, then services, but services does not show up. I only get the paid invoice for my order. I tried Wyze support chat, but got no response. I tried searching the forum but when I find someone with the same problem, there is no reply to it. Does Wyse have any kind of support?

Are you using the Wyze app or the Account on Wyze.com to access services?
On the Wyze app home page, tap the Account tab, Services, Cam plus. The paid license should be available here if already purchased.
I uninstalled the app, then re-installed. It now shows I have 2 Can plus licenses. It shows I am on the trial now. Do I wait for the trial to end, before I activate the licenses?
I can’t figure why the app I had installed only 3 days ago did not show the licenses! I was notified last week my cameras were on their way, so I installed the latest version of the app, I thought. It did have the V3 camera listed. I was not very happy with my original camera, but the V3 is nice for the price!
No, you can uncheck the camera with the trial and tap activate. Then activate the purchased license on the camera.
How to guide
Steps to activate cam plus, tap Account > Services > Cam Plus > Edit > Available Devices
Under Services you should see Cam Plus. Tap on it, the available paid license should appear under Cam Plus.
Tick the box for the desired cam, tap activate. To deactivate a cam, Tick the box for the desired cam, tap activate
