Night Lights

I have tried to preorder the night lights for 6 days and the website keeps freezing up on the shipping screen whether I use Amazon or not. And, I get an error message on my phone when I try to pay with PayPal. What is the issue?

I have tried to contact Wyze since this first came out and get NO response. This is my 4th effort

I am extremely disappointed. I have been a big promoter of this company but now must reconsider
