New Firmware / Outdoor Camera

I just wanted to give Wyze some props. Since the last firmware update my cameras have been working flawlessly. I don’t have nearly as many connection issues. My Wyze cam I use outside has been performing to perfection. Thank you for providing a quality and affordable product, that works as well or better than the much higher priced competition. My one request would be to issue a wireless camera for outdoor use. I wouldn’t mind paying extra for the battery. Thanks again.

We definitely made some major improvements with our new forum (not to toot our own horn ). But there may be features that you want that we don’t have here yet. Or perhaps you would like to see something done a little bit differently? We can’t promise that we’ll follow everyone’s ideas and many changes that we do work on will likely take time. But we DO want to hear from you about what would make the Wyze Community the best experience possible for you.

Outdoor/Weatherproof Wyze Cam

We’ve been working on the outdoor camera with our manufacturer! We’re still in the design phase though so we don’t have any dates or promises to give yet. Some people have requested solar power but we probably won’t be able to make that work with the first version. We are investigating battery power though. Best, WyzeGwendolyn
