I searched for this issue and it seems like what happened back in September. Once of my camera was showing the inside of someone else’s home. I signed up for the CAM PLUS Annual subscription on Saturday. Didn’t check the app until this morning. I deleted the device from my app but the Event Recordings are still in my Events tab.
Thanks for the report. Are you seeing this other camera in the live view of this or just in m recorded events? Have you contacted support on this issue yet? I will also escalate this on my end. Was it a very white blurry picture of a room perhaps?
While we are working on getting this escalated, please also email security@wyze.com. Let us know what they say. You should get a reply pretty quickly, although it’s still before 6am in Seattle right now.
Just want to check one more thing: there is a stock placeholder image that used as a thumbnail when the event video frame can’t be retrieved. It appears to be a somewhat burry white-tinted image of a living room. Just want to make sure that’s not what you’re seeing?
I was able to see the live view as well as the recorded events and the picture was crystal clear.

Please go to the Wyze app’s Account tab and tap on Wyze Support. Then tap on Submit a Log. Select the camera type and “Other” and then submit the log. Save the log number and report it here as well as emailing it to security@wyze.com

Sounds like it happened in the app itself if you were able to delete the device.

Mystery solved. Our renters in our basement (who have access to our security system) borrowed our outdoor camera to watch their dog while they were out for a while. I didn’t even recognize that it was their space.
I apologize for the confusion but they borrowed at almost the exact same time that I upgraded our Cloud Storage with Wyze. All is well.

I found these placeholders (usually disappeared within seconds) disturbing until I finally figured out they were placeholders. Maybe a Wyze logo or an hourglass (doesn’t need localization) would be less confusing.
