New app caused code 20 error

I have 5 cameras, I added the new app to update, I’m now having code 20 errors on all 5 4 i have had for sometime, one is only a few months old. I still get notifications however my live view keeps leaving and showing this code. I spoke to support who wants me to take all 5 cameras down so they can run checks on them…I explained they are all outside and have been since i bought them and up at the top of my house, there is no way I’m doing that. So I was told warranty is out , and i said i didn’t have problems until i used that new App. I also informed them I read about other people having this same issue. I refuse to buy more camera knowing this issue is going to come up…I really liked my cameras and hate to leave wyze.
