Welcome to the community, @Crofter. I also was not able to find information on an error code 20. I would recommend contacting support.

Keep in mind that this forum is primarily a user to user community. If you don’t get a helpful reply here, please file a Support Request. You can also submit a request from within the Wyze app by going to Account > Help & Feedback > Report an Issue. The latter method will allow you to include an app log for diagnosis. (Note that if you are using a beta version of the app, the log will be sent to the dev team rather than Wyze Support.)

For reference, below are two support articles on the currently documented error codes.

Does anyone getting error code 20 happen to have a bridge setep with their wireless system. I have 5 camera 2 bridges 1 router, I wonder if it has something to do with that. I’m sure they are each connect through a different one of the various access points, there would be 3 2.4ghz available, maybe if cameras and app are not on identical access it causes error code 20. However I just walked around the house and stayed connected to all 5 cameras.

Welcome to the forums!

Which of the 5 cameras are the bridges connected to? When are you seeing the error code/what are you trying to do when the code shows up? Screen shots perhaps?

This topic drift off into the ether?

Anyone knows about this error code 20? Been getting a lot lately since I installed 3 CAM+ licenses. Not sure if that was just coincidence. Error code seems to be happening more frequently.
