Why is my picture grainy and pink?

The Night Vision IR filter is most likely stuck in the engaged position over the lens.
The daytime color vision will look like that when it is trying to look thru a filter designed for IR Night Vision.
Use the toggle in the live stream to toggle it thru from Auto \ On \ Off \ Auto to see if that gets the filter back in place. If not, do a full power cycle on the cam. If that doesn’t work, it may take a light “tap” to get it to free up and move. If that doesn’t work, it’s time for a new cam.
