Don’t use Wyze cameras or ever call for help
I have five Wyze Cam v3 cameras and never used Wyze tech support. Over the past 4 years when i did have a problem, I found lots of help from the great people participating on this forum.
Same here. I have a V2, V3s, OG, 6 total. I use a combo of IOS, Linux, Windows to monitor. I do the updates when available and have never had any problems. Been with WYZE from when they first started. I do believe most problems originate from the WiFi in homes. But I must say I would never rely on my cameras for security. They are nice to have for just being able to see what I want when I want to look around. All cameras have strong signals, but drop off whenever they feel like it.
I Agree that Wyze sucks
But never needed tech support either

Long time Wyze Cam v3 users might remember the jittery Cloud Event videos caused by v3 firmware 4.36.10.2864.
Looking for answers back in 2022 is what brought me to this forum.
