My camera pic is upside down. How did it happen and how do I get it back the right side up?

my wyze pan cam has somehow turned the picture upside down. It has never happened before. Ive had for 2 years. How do I get it back to normal?

Welcome to the community @sumstine321 . I am a community member as well and help when I can.

To flip it back 180 degrees, start a live stream from the camera, go to the Settings area and then the advance menu option. You will see a selection for Rotate Image 180 degrees, turn it off if it is on.

I have tried the 180° button and it’ll flip for one second and then flip back to the upside down picture. How can I get it to stay.?

My rotation button will not stay no matter what I do. Image stays upside-down. Getting close to heaving these cams and going Zosi…

Try clearing the cache in your app, rebooting the phone and the camera. Worst case, uninstall and reinstall the app.

Thanks so much. I deleted app and reinstalled which cured the problem. (On the android smartphone).

Of course another issue. My new cam v4 will not show full pic on computer screen (emulator) It does show in ‘quad’ but not full screen. Any fix for this? Also all other cams (V2, V3) show full screen just fine.

It was probably just the act of having an updated app that fixed the issue, not reinstalling the app. If you ever have app problems, check to see if there is an update that can be applied first. There was an app update sent yesterday that fixed a bug with advanced settings.

What emulator? Is the app updated in that instance? Any screen shots your able to show?

I have used BlueStacks 5 for some time with no issues at all. My inside cams (4) are V2 and my outside cames (2) V3. All show on BS5 full screen when selected. Purchase a Wyze V4 for another outside location. In BS5 quad mode (pic in each corner) V4 in lower left corner displays just fine. When attempting to activate full screen on th V4 cam, screen goes black for a few seconds and reverts to the selection page. I don’t know how else to explain in. Yes, BS5 current version.
