Hi, I had the motion sensor working. One day out of the blue it just stopped working and now it will not respond. I tried changing the battery but it didn´t work. It is just not responding, I have tried leaving the reset button pressed for several minutes and nothing happens, not even the light. it`s like the sensor is dead. Anyone have had a similar issue? how can I fix it?
Welcome to the forums! The light is not blinking at all? Even during your reset attempts? Triple check to make sure the battery you are using is good, otherwise i am leaning towards a defective unit. For that id contact Support and here is the ticket link. Keep in mind that currently Support is pretty busy, so you may not get a reply right away.

The batery is good. I checked it with a tester and it is good. I guess it is defective as you said. Thanks for the help
