After the firmware update last week, my pan camera started recording literally every 20 seconds for motion that wasn’t there. I adjusted the setting to AI detection on Saturday. On Sunday as I’m clicking through, I realized that the app is asking me to buy the cam plus subscriptions for my cameras which I had already bought and assigned. I no longer have the AI function because my subscriptions disappeared. I’m supposed to have a 3 month free trial and then the payments start. It’s only been 1 month. Anyone else having a problem with missing subscriptions. Already did the restarts and submitted to support but nothing worked and they don’t really seem to care if it does or doesn’t.
