Magnet mount for battery cam pro

I am replacing an old outdoor cam that is mounted with the magnetic wall mount, with a new battery cam pro. The mounts (universal) do not include a metal plate or magnet. I would like to continue to use the magnetic wall mount but I need to either:

  1. adapt the universal mount to be magnetic (i.e. replace the plastic internal with something magnetic)
  2. find a 90 degree long mount similar to the Wyze universal that is magnetic.

Any suggestions?

I’m surprised Wyze doesn’t have a magnetic option for the universal mount.

As a follow up I ended up finding a round rubber coated magnet and epoxied it to the base of the universal mount. There are a couple of magnetic mount options on Amazon nut they seem too short.
