I actually love your products! However, I have been struggling with a few issues.
- For the benefit of your senior users - Please on the phone app make the fonts BLACK. A youngster must make the fonts the same color as the backing.
- You really need a USER Manual
- My Band has been constantly coming undone. The last time it came undone is the last time I will use my Band. If you are asking me why it was the last time? It is because I lost it while shopping in one of the stores I was in that day. Due to my loss, I will not be purchasing another. You need a better wristband.
