Just curious of this has happened to anyone else. About a month ago 16 cameras (V1,2 3 & Pan Cams V1, 2 & 2 doorbells) in two different states disappeared from the app. 10 color bulbs also disappeared with only two left on the app. I cannot figure out how it could have happened. Never had a problem before and this really through me. I reconnected all cams/bulbs at the location I’m at but other location doesn’t exist anymore. Heading there in a couple of weeks and will reconnect but all cams are used for monitoring the properties when not there.
I have decided to acquire several other types of cams so I won’t be left blind in the future but anyone else have this happen or have a clue what might have caused it?
I have never heard of this happening, did you try logging out of the app and logging back in to see if they would show up prior to having set them up again?

Yes, I did to no avail. Turned off the phone, rebooted the phone and started up again, signed back in and all were still gone. Deleted the app, reinstalled and repeated. Logged back in and all still gone. I’m concerned that I could have somehow deleted them all but not sure that it is even possible to do so many devices at once. Very strange.
