I just found those from Voltaic as well. I am starting with the v75 and going to see if that will work for me if not I will upgrade to the v88. They look like perfect choices for this use case.
For a longer support cycle, you probably should go with at high milli-amp hour rating. For those prices, you could go with a 10,000 maH or 28,000 maH power bank. Even a Bluetti would provide a longer support time.

If anyone is still interesting in a power bank with pass-through charging, I found Xiaomi WPB15PDZM (sometimes Mi) power bank that, at least on paper, has what’s required. It’s available via eBay, Temu and Ali Express (not Amazon sadly). Will give it a try when it arrives and let you know.

Me seven! Any word on the power bank with pass-through?
Do a search, there was a thread recently with people who tested several and found one inexpensive one that seemed to pass through without interruption when power was lost, and one more expensive one that was pretty bulletproof with it and specifically designed to act as a UPS of sorts.
I believe @dave27 may be referring to this post. I believe @afacademydad came up with a great solution. I have this setup on one of my v3 cams.
