I recently needed to retrieve the video clips from my Wyze cam SD card. I found out that the video clips are about 1 min long per clips and I currently have continuous recording enabled. Is there a way to make the video clips longer (e.g. 5 min instead of 1 min)? Not sure if I’m missing a setting here.
No there isn’t. That’s the nature of the file structure on the card and is intimately tied into how the Event Only card recording works. Therefore, there’s no way to change it.
You can however, use a video player that will auto sequence from one file to the next so the playback appears as one continuous stream. The free VLC Player is one such app.
