I had installed a wyze lock about 8-9 months ago. After first battery change, the lock started to get slower in terms of opening the deadbolt. It seemed the motor isn’t producing enough torque to move the deadbolt mechanism. Opened up the lock and found no friction in the system or the deadbolt.
slowly and steadily it detoriated into a point less thing attached to a door and now does not operate at all.
