I am a happy Wyze camera user for years. However, since the new app was released, I can no view my cameras live. One displays, the others do not. I can see the event recordings in the app. On my web view, I am able to view all of the cameras live. So, I know it is an app issue. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. No luck. All of the firmware is up to date and I am using the newest iPhone. I really need to be able to have the Live view on my phone! I spoke with customer support on the phone and they suggested I reset all of my numerous cameras, but I know there is nothing wrong with the cameras or connection since the web view works! Any ideas? He said if I posted on the forum, the developers would look into it as a bug issue with the new app. I hope a fix is coming really soon!!
Still having issues connecting live on my cam pan v3 cameras only. Been going on even before the new app.
Also can’t view live stream. I updated phone to iOS 18 public beta (not dev), I’m really shocked to see it not functioning.
I’m a new Wyze user and recently upgraded my iOS to 18 since then live stream not working at all. I downloaded the app on my old Samsung 10 and works fine. I know it’s not my network issue or anything wrong with the cameras as I’m getting notifications. Another issue want to mention is when I’m away from home I also can’t view live stream. Like someone said before these cameras are useless to me unless I’m staying home 24/7. Anyway pls fix the live stream Wyze!!
Need to toggle on Local Network permission under your iPhone’s iOS settings for the Wyze app:
I have logged a ticket with Wyze, before the upgrade to iOS 18 I had no issues at all. I checked my settings and it does show that it’s connected to local network. Is anyone else having the same issues as me? Hope this can be fixed soon.
