Hello!
I just received my Light Strip Pros (two of them), and out of the box I’m experiencing issues with them. Was curious if anyone else has had problems with theirs?
Mine both have sections of LEDs that flicker off/on, and one even changes colors completely.
Have already submitted a support ticket, but you can imagine my frustration after waiting months for these for them to both be having problems right away, directly out of the box.
