Lens Flare?

I cut this down quite a bit. I’m not moving and there’s no fan on. The window blind reflects on the wall but no cars are going by. Thanks

Looks like dust particles caught in air currents. Even with no HVAC running a room will naturally setup a convection current sufficiently strong to move dust particles like that. They tend to be a lot nearer to the camera than they appear.

Yeah, that’s a teeny tiny dust particle moving in the natural air currents of the room (warm air constantly rises, cooler air sinks and it goes in a cycle) At night with the IR lights, a tiny speck of dust you can’t see with your eyes looks huge when the bright IR light shins on it and it’s close and out of focus.

Looks like common dust particles floating through air in front of IR lights. There have been many videos uploaded that look similar.
