The latest update, installed today, has screwed up the color balance on my cameras. My outside V3 cameras are either green or yellow, at night. Any solutions out there?
Does anybody have any ideas why in the camera has changed colors?
This issue only occurs at night and not day? Which app version are you using Beta or Production? Any screenshots?
Daytime is fine, night is pretty bad. Everything is updated including the cameras and the app.
@John517 What are your camera settings? Is the Night Vision Mode turned off? If there is poor lighting near the camera at night, I know the color with night vision mode turned off will produce a green and yellow tint. I would try adding more light outside near the camera to see if it helps, or turn on Night Vision Mode. Night Vision IR Lights set to far 850 nm wavelength will provide better vision.
