Just purchased Cam Unlimited. When I go to View Playback it still prompts for a SD Card?

Sorry for the novice question. I have always used SD Cards for my Wyze cameras. On occasion one will go bad (SD CARD) and has to be replaced.

So I purchased CAM Unlimited. I made sure all my cameras were enrolled. But when I go to view playback on a camera where the SD CARD failed it states I need a SD CARD to view playback. I thought you get a number of days recorded in the cloud with CAM Unlimited?

Playback (sd card) is not Events (cloud storage).

Thanks for the reply. Yeah that is what I’m seeing. Only can view events. I was hoping to get away from the SD CARD requirement for playback of past recordings.

You can view up to two weeks of events from the cloud. Continuous recording is only available on the sd card.
