Is the cloud down?

I can’t get any recorded videos to play. Just a spinning loading icon and then an error that the file isn’t in the cloud.


No. Try restarting your phone.

The videos have started playing again, sort of.

Even though they were playing I did restart anyway. But the issue appears to be my WiFi. Turn off the WiFi and they play with minimal delay. With WiFi still issues. Other sites are fine. And my speed test while not blazing is sufficient.

Okay then your router must have an overly aggressive firewall or similar feature. You may have to play with its settings.

It actually doesn’t. But there could be a DNS issue though just affecting Wyze. So, I’ll give restarting the router a try.
