Yep, had this happen earlier today and was wondering about it. I’m glad to hear it is being worked on, and hopefully I won’t need to contact customer support.
You should have received an email regarding the issue, and a refund should be on the way if you were one of the users who were affected. I do apologize for what happened.

Thanks for the clarification. I noticed I got the billing notification too but no follow-up email. Since I wasn’t sure if it was just a mistake on my end, it’s good to know this was a wider issue and already being addressed.
