Impossible to understand conversations in playback mode

I have 6 wize cam v2, in two different locations, all of them reproduce sound nicely when watching live video, but when you watch the playback video, the sound is encoded in a way that makes the words almost imposible to understand, is only me having this problem?

Do you mean with computer if so. You’re not alone. Might want to check this out.

Use an audio codec supported by more media players

Can you please have the audio for mp4 files that are written to the memory card be more universally supported by media players? With the current audio codec used one must use ONE specific player (VLC Player) when there are tons of perfectly good codecs and players already in widespread use is a pain. Thanks!
