It’s used to be cheaper to send a package from Hawaii to New York State than it was to send one from N.Y State to Eastern Maybe they changed their ways but I doubt it. 
I mailed a Dash Cam from California to Toronto in 2016 and it cost $80.00 U.S. dollars.
