I was charged full price for a camera and solar panel for the Labor Day deal they had going on and only the solar panel was delivered not the camera. And I seem to be getting nowhere tracking this. Please help.

I did call. It was difficult to understand what she was saying. I did get a ticket number, but they had no other information and cannot tell me that a camera was ordered or being sent. I was charged $96 and the only thing I got received in the mail was a solar panel.
