All 5 of my cameras detect snow or rain as people. We live in the mountains of NW Montana. I am disabled and i am getting real tired of jumping up grabbing my rifle, shotgun or pistol and going outside to look for someone, knowing it is a [MOD EDIT] false alarm. I bought these cameras in October and could not get them installed until December. I bought and paid for 6 cameras in October but they only shipped me 5. I have spoken to at least a dozen people and every person says they’re sorry but assures me they will send my missing camera. It is January 6th 2026, still no camera. I told the person this: Let me just say this, if I don’t have my missing camera in the next 5 business days, I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. To make me go through all this [MOD EDIT] for one [MOD EDIT] camera is so unprofessional. This has been going on since October. I will not be purchasing any more Wyze products in the future and you have pissed me off so bad that when spring comes around and the snow has melted, I will be lining up all my Wyze products for you at my target range and will be sending you videos of what I think of your products. All of them, ! Rest assured , they will be part of my review on Wyze products! To make a long story short, you get what you pay for. [MOD EDIT]
