I purchased a Wyze duo cam doorbell in August. From the very beginning its been a headache. The battery died every 2 days then took forever to charge so the cam wasn’t in use very much. I purchased 2 more batteries so that I would always have one chaged and ready to switch out. While recording, the camera would only capture a couple of seconds of video. So I then purchased an SD card. After inserting the card. It did not recognize it so it still didnt help. While away from home, I was alerted that a package was delivered. I went home to pick it up and realized there was no power on the doorbell. So I changed the battery and got nothing. I have tried everything. I then called customer service to get assistance just to be on hold for over an hour then told that they would contact me later. I then received an email a week later stating that the product is out of warranty and the best they could do is give me a $10 dollar coupon. I spent over $100 on the doorbell cam, purchased 2 extra batteries, purchased an SD card and still didn’t get any good use out of it. Now its conked out and I simply just loose out on all of my money. I am extremely upset!!! Horrible product and very bad business… (TO SAY THE LEAST

When you say that your purchase was in August, was that August 2025? If so, then I would expect the device to be within warranty if it’s failing within a year of purchase from Wyze or an authorized reseller. Do you have a Wyze Support Ticket number that you can post here so that we can ask someone from Wyze to look into this?
