Trying to get these cameras to connect to the network at my mom’s senior living facility but no luck. Tried one at my home and connected just fine but now can’t find a way to remove it.
If you go into the camera, then into advanced settings, there is an option at the bottom to Delete Device.

be aware to my knowledge you will not be able to connect these to an unsecured network or one that uses a splash page. being a senior facility ( thus more than likely lake of technical knowledge) it would probably be unsecured.
If it is in fact open wifi or has a landing page, here’s a workaround:
Also, deleting the device is not necessary before setting it up on a new wifi. Therefore, inability to delete the device was not your problem in getting it set up a the new location.
