Can anyone suggest how to effectively delete a rule?
Have deleted a rule but still getting results from it. The rule was to simply turn on and off camera notification at set times.
Assume the rule is stored in cloud account and not onboard the camera.
Try clearing your app cache in account > app settings, then sign out and back into the Wyze app. See if the rule still shows up. If so, delete it again, and see if that fixes it. If not and it’s still happening, contact support

Guess it’s on to contacting support. Rule still triggered after clearing app/account cache. No record in the rule history.
It’s almost as if the camera is holding a copy of the rule & never got notified to delete the rule. Camera has been restarted. Don’t want to have to reset the camera.
