How to delete videos/events on Wyze Cam v3?

How do I delete video clips/recorded events from my Wyze Cam v3?

This used to be very easy when viewing the events for a day, but I can’t figure out how to delete videos on the new timeline view. (I’d also mention that it’s difficult to have to scroll through the timeline instead of just seeing each recorded event for the day.)

I know I can reformat the entire microSD card, but don’t want to go that far.

Hmmm… Sounds like you are in Playback mode looking at the SD card. You can’t delete anything there.

Just go to the Events tab instead. There you will see the cloud events videos, and can delete them like you always have. :slight_smile:

Thanks, that did the trick.

I had to go back to the Wyze app homescreen (where it shows all devices) to get to the events. When viewing the camera live feed or playback, the events tab no longer shows up. You used to be able to go from viewing a camera to events more directly.
